The Golf Club of Georgia is a private member-owned Atlanta country club and features two 18-hole championship golf courses, Lakeside and Creekside, both with their own unique characteristics. Recognized consistently as one of the most exceptional 36 hole clubs in the country, The Golf Club of Georgia is known for providing unmatched service and the highest quality of golf experience to its members and their guests.
The Lakeside Course provides players a traditional layout while testing your short game with its firm and fast greens. The front nine takes you through rolling hills, creeks and tall walls of pines and hardwoods, while the back nine's challenge comes from circling around the beautiful and scenic Lake Windward.
Creekside rolls through the wetlands, with a more target-style course testing the accuracy of shots. Jumping brushy thickets and creeks on better than half of its 18 will test your concentration, distance and accuracy over and over.
Lakeside and Creekside have both hosted The Georgia Cup and Lakeside is home to the U.S. Collegiate Championship each year. The Golf Club of Georgia has also been the site for the Senior PGA Tour's Nationwide Championship, Georgia Amateur Championship, U.S. Open Sectional Qualifying and the NC East Regional Championship.

Windward is a spectacular 3400 acre master-planned live, work, school and play community. There is a vast mixture of home styles and pricing throughout the over 20 neighborhoods. The Clubhouse was designed by Diedrich Architects & Associates of Atlanta, designers of some of the finest clubs in the world. Residents have different membership opportunities from The Golf Club of Georgia to the Windward Lake Club with 20 tennis courts, an Olympic pool, marina, tennis center, and aquatic center with zero-entry pool and 150 foot water slide. The Windward sports park features basketball, volleyball, football, soccer and softball fields. There is also a commercial business center with even more recreational amenities and the neighborhood elementary school.
There are many modest to executive home neighborhoods in Windward which offer homes backing up to The Golf Club of Georgia with either a buffer of trees or with clearings that offer views overlooking the course:
