How accurate are the "Keyword" search results?

To be quite honest, the "Keywords" field is not particularly accurate. "Keywords" is a great way to find homes with search criteria options that are not otherwise available to you, but this field is very limited. "Keywords" ONLY searches the agent "Description" field, but does not search the other criteria fields of each listing.

Searching "master on main" will only return results where "master on main" is mentioned in the "Description" section of each listing. It will not return results where "Master on Main" is mentioned in "Rooms". In other words, "Keywords" is not reliable to return 100% accurate results, so use it knowing it will be highly limited.

Search terms like "Master on main" can bring accurate results through your Realtor's MLS access.
