Why do I get so many duplicate listings in my search results?

Our Atlanta Homes Search pulls from both multiple listing services FMLS and GAMLS, so any home listed by an agent who is a member of both listing services will show their listing pulled from both services. Usually the information is mostly the same, but periodically you may find a bit more information on one service than the other or even different photos, so it may be worth peeking at both listings.
