- Utility bills (only upon request)
- Current property tax bill (only upon request)
- Information that my be applicable to your home:
- Homeowners association documents
- Condominium Documents
- Covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs)
- Copies of any recent inspections:
- Pest and dry rot
- Roof
- Septic (if applicable)
- Well flow and purity (if applicable)

- Current Lender Mortgage Information Request Form
- Property Disclosure Statement
- Agency Relationship/Listing Contract
- Multiple Listing Service Property Input Form
