Our good friends needed help closing a purchase in an Atlanta New Homes subdivison. This was a great find - a new brick front Alpharetta home offering formal dining, 2-story greatroom, open floorplan, separate living room, full unfinished basement, gorgeous wood deck and uncommonly large backyard. It wasn't a difficult transaction, but because the Atlanta New Homes builders often use their own attorney created contracts, our help saved them costly mistakes in signing their purchase and sale agreement.
