Home Protection Plan

As an additional benefit, some sellers provide a Home Protection Plan for the buyer. This Coverage is good for one year on certain standard items and can be amended to include some optional items:

•  Central Heating System (generally standard)
•  Electric Central Air System (generally standard)
•  Interior Plumbing (generally standard)
•  Built-in Appliances (generally standard)
•  Some Pool/Spa Equipment (optional)
•  Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Well Pump (optional)

If the home you choose does not have a Home Protection Plan, you can acquire the coverage yourself.
