I had the pleasure of working for simply the nicest folks ever. They were excited to be moving back to the gentleman’s alma mater, Berry College. The college itself offers a wonderful opportunity for students to pay off their tuitions by working at the school, campus, and other facility offerings. One of those offerings is the new Spires at Berry College. From their website, Spires is described as “A lakeside sanctuary featuring beautiful residences, fine dining, every imaginable modern convenience and state-of-the-art healthcare, surrounded by 27,000 wooded acres with a mountain view.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make that move though, they needed to part ways with their previous home of 15 years, at the Orchards of Habersham Grove, in Cumming Georgia. The remarks I had shared about this Cumming Georgia condominium home included: “This 55+ Cumming home comes with a brand new roof, open living, vaulted ceilings, crown moulding upgrade, separate dining & breakfast areas, 3-sided fireplace, granite counters, tile backsplash, and beautiful stainless appliances. Master w\/trey ceiling, walk in closets & large walk-in shower with seat. Enjoy separate office, built-in skylights, exceptionally pleasant covered front porch, and wonderful calming views of nature from both the master bedroom and office. The large upstairs 3rd bedroom is perfect for guests or live-in help. Charleston Floor plan.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being a bit overwhelmed by the big move at this point in their lives, my sellers needed extra attention and assistance, and I was glad to provide it for them. Researching, contacting, and meeting with different service providers, cleaners, contractors, etc. I even emptied out the loads of debris left in their garage for these sweet folks, after their move out. It was my pleasure to help, when that help was so greatly needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m not puffing up how wonderful a human I am, rather, just sharing that I am willing to provide extra help outside of my regular responsibilities in order to help those that need it, whenever I can. Pride in my career and true caring for others are both integral parts of who I am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
