My folks moved from Columbus, GA, and had searched for the perfect home for a couple of months, before running into this beauty. Multiple offers made our negotiation quite difficult and long, as you might guess… but we ended up with the contract. Our contract is UNDER the list price, even though there were other offers that had come in higher than ours, even well above the list price. Wow… my folks are ecstatic!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few items came up in inspection and were negotiated for another $10k to the benefit of my wonderful buyers. Finalizing this transaction will be an easy lift, and you’ll see an update soon as my folks get their new keys at the closing table. I’ll post a photo of my happy folks at their closing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
