Great schools, a\nwonderful neighborhood surrounded by multi-million dollar homes, convenience to GA400, I-285, Buckhead, Brookhaven, shopping, restaurants, etc. The home itself is surrounded by Japanese Maples, exotic shrubs, gorgeous 16″ thick terraced walls, incredible landscape lighting, and an incredible paver-ed driveway suited for a mansion. The kitchen is renovated, windows upgraded, and HVAC is brand new. The home also features hardwoods throughout, a huge living room, master bedroom with fireplace, and a 2 car garage. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

While there were a lot of great features, and my buyers were ecstatic to write an offer on the home, the inspection did bring up a couple issues. With some tough negotiation, the seller installed a radon mitigation system, full crawlspace encapsulation, updated the service line to the house, and repaired a few other items, at a cost well over $10,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
