Contract Presentations
As your Realtor team we will:
- Attend all contract presentations
- Review purchasers financial qualifications
- Review paperwork
- Advise on all special stipulations
- Advise on net proceeds
- Advise on accept/counter/reject the offer
- Advise on negotiations
Sellers role:
- Listen to the entire pffer presentation
- Make no remarks that would indicate sellers negotiating position
- Confer with me privately on any questions
IMPORTANT: Please communicate negotiation issues only through The AtlantaPros Team. Conversations with other agents should be limited to scheduling of showings, inspections, etc.
