While the measure of gross commissions does not necessarily offer the whole picture of any specific Realtor's overall performance, it is a leading indicator. Real Estate goals, like in any commission-based business, are generally set in numbers, mainly because those numbers can be so easily defined and tracked. Since it would otherwise be extremely difficult to measure all the hard work and talent of my very best Realtors, recognition of their achievements defined by numbers is certainly suitable for the purposes we have here.
The President's Club (awarded to The AtlantaPros Team) Members of the President's Club qualify by having earned between $50,000 and $74,999 in gross commissions during the preceding calendar year. President's Club awardees achieve a standard far higher than the average real estate agent. President's Club awards are distributed by the Regional Office. The Executive Club (awarded to The AtlantaPros Team) Members of the Executive Club qualify by earning between $75,000 and $99,999 in gross commissions during the preceding calendar year. Nearly half of all RE/MAX Sales Associates qualify for Executive Club status. Executive Club awards are distributed by the Regional Office. The 100% Club (awarded to The AtlantaPros Team)
Members of the 100% Club qualify by having earned between $100,000 and $249,999 in gross commissions during the preceding calendar year. Approximately 25% of all Sales Associates affiliated with RE/MAX win the 100% Club award each year. The Platinum Club (awarded to The AtlantaPros Team) The Platinum Club was first introduced in 1994 to recognize the significant increase in earnings among the very highest producers in the RE/MAX system. Members of the Platinum Club qualify by having earned between $250,000 and $499,999 in gross commissions during the preceding calendar year. RE/MAX International has introduced a new recognition award. The Chairman's Award will recognize Sales Associates who earn at least $500,000 in commissions in one calendar year. This award was created to give proper recognition to the increasingly high levels of success RE/MAX members are achieving. |
