One of Jim's volleyball friends was looking to move from intown to Dunwoody just north of the Perimeter (the I-285 beltway that circles Atlanta). After a long search and the courage to take on a big renovation project he finally settled on a Bank owned property in Spalding Lake subdivision. This was a fantastic looking property with great potential offering a great opportunity to build sweat equity. With wood floors throughout, formal dining room and large kitchen with breakfast area overlooking a great tree surrounded backyard, a catwalk to the upstairs bedrooms and huge basement this was just waiting for the right owner to come in. Otto was just that owner. Refinishing all the floors, doing other interior and exterior repairs, adding a couple of giant decks to enjoy the estate like yard, this home is a dream. We couldn't be happier for them.
